1. About LugLink
LugLink is a peer-to-peer platform that connects senders who want items delivered with travelers who have extra luggage space. LugLink acts as a marketplace and payment processor only — we are not a licensed freight forwarder or courier service.
2. User Responsibilities
You agree to only send and carry legal items. You are solely responsible for complying with all customs, import/export laws, and airline regulations in all countries involved. LugLink bears no liability for items that are detained, confiscated, or result in legal action.
3. Payments & Fees
LugLink retains a 10% platform fee on all transactions. Payments are held in escrow and released to travelers after the sender confirms delivery. In the event the sender does not confirm within 48 hours, payment is automatically released.
4. Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited: weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, currency exceeding legal limits, perishables, live animals, and any item illegal in the origin or destination country.
5. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through LugLink's dispute process. LugLink reserves the right to make final decisions on payment releases at its sole discretion.
6. Limitation of Liability
LugLink's total liability shall not exceed the transaction fee paid. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed items. Users engage with each other at their own risk.
7. Account Termination
LugLink reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or receive repeated complaints.
